Solid signing. Frankie gets a well deserved raise and the avs have a solid backup who can carry the mail when needed. No complaints.

So far this game is looking like the Avs are playing down to their opposition again and will probably lose since they think they can win on skill alone

Bergevin was very publicly scouting the Avs this week. It has been reported they love Graves. I’d like to see a Graves + B prospect + 1st for Domi. Timmins and Byram are knocking on the door and we’re about to have a log jam on D.

Cash in on the “found money” in Graves now.

I like where your head's at, Graves had been amazing and the Avs should take full advantage of that. I just don't see Montreal parting with Domi.. I've always been curious about a reunion with Mack and Drouin

I agree. It would be hard to pry Domi away, but they have a good amount of forward prospects and active forward players. MTL would take a long look at a second pairing dman. (Graves) A solid defensive prospect, and a 1st.

I’m low on Drouin. He’s really bad in his own end and I don’t even think he plays on Mack’s line.

Drouin is cost controlled though, which I like. But again, the defensive lapses are going to drive Avs fans crazy. Better options out there.
